主要食材與料理方式 :
1. Chinese cabbage half
2. dried shrimp 600 g
3. ginger 2 pieces
4. oil 1 tablespoon
seasoning:
1. soy sauce 1 teaspoon
2. salt 1/2 teaspoon
1. Cut Chinese cabbage into big slices. Soak dried shrimp till soft.
2. Start the frying pan, explode fragrant dried shrimp and ginger.
3. Add Chinese cabbage and seasoning, use small fire to stew till Chinese cabbage soft and it is ready to serve.
