主要食材與料理方式 :
Season’s vegetable
(green vegetable) 600 grams
Garlic tip (dash)
Sesame oil, olive oil, salt (a dash of)
(Can use soy sauce or minced pork sauce to replace salt)

1. Wash green vegetables and cut into segments. Peel garlic and slice into thin tips.
2. Boil drinking water inside pot. Place green vegetables and a dash of salt and rice wine till green vegetable is cooked. Then scoop it up and drip off excess water.
3. Garlic tips and salt, sesame oil, olive oil must be stirred till even with the hot and cooked green vegetables.
