主要食材與料理方式 :
A:
indica rice flour mixed water 1200 grams
salt 40 grams
sugar 75 grams
Corn Starch, water chestnut powder 120 grams each
pepper 1/2 teaspoon
Sesame oil 2 teaspoons
B:
mushroom (soaks) 150 grams
white radish (peeled) 120 grams
Water 4500 grams
Oil 150 grams
1. Mix material A with water 1200 g.
2. Cut mushrooms into small slices, add white radish and fry, then add water to boil. Pour into the paste of material A and stir till even.
3. Pour into the square cake pan with oil which was spread around the pan. Steams for 1 hour, then take it out to cool and it is ready to serve.
