主要食材與料理方式 :
1. vegetarian streaky pork 1 bowl
2. bok choy 10 pieces
3. cassava starch 1 teaspoon
4. vegetarian oyster sauce 1 teaspoon
5. suger 1 teaspoon
6. soy sauce 1 tablespoon
7. water 1/2 bowl

1. Put bok choy into hot water with a dash of salt and oil to cook.
2. Put a spoon of oil in the pan, put bok choy to quick fry with a dash of salt, then scoop up and place it in the plate.
3. While the seasoning boil, add vegetarian streaky pork to cook. Use small fire to stew till the sausce dry. Then use cassava starch mixed 1/3 bowl of the water to thicken, place it in the plate and it is ready to serve.
