主要食材與料理方式 :
1. bean curd 2
2. cassava statch 80 grams
3. sweet potato starch 50g
4. salt 1 teaspoon
5. white pepper powder 2 teaspoons
6. castor sugar 1/2 teaspoons

1. Cut bean curd into cube about 2 cm size
2. Mix cassava starch with sweet potato starch till even.
3. Dry the bean curd with clean cloth. Use big fire and oil to fry bean curd till yellow, then scoop out.
4. Mix salt with white pepper and castor sugar to make seasoning. It is ready to serve.
